Shipping Policy

SHIPPING POLICY
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame being published, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct.

In the case of entering an incorrect shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of when the order was placed. We will do our best to fulfill you request and change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information that was entered by the customer.
 
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from SHESOPRISSY you will be held liable for the original shipping charges.
 
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered and you have not received it.  You must follow up with the United States Postal Service.  SHESOPRISSY is not responsible for package(s) that shows complete delivery.   

All orders placed within the US, will be shipped via USPS.

  • INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Once your order is shipped, it usually takes 7-16 business days to arrive in your country. In some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs. We do not have any means to calculate the duration. 

SHESOPRISSY is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. The customer is responsible for the charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.
  • LOST or STOLEN PACKAGES
SHESOPRISSY is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered for an address entered on an order.  Upon inquiry, SHESOPRISSY will confirm delivery to address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
